When You Register
When you register for an EarthSong Photography workshop/tour/class, you will be provided with a complete information package for the event outlining the history and significance of the location, complete contact and travel information for the lodging location, suggested gear – clothing and equipment – to bring with you, how to prepare images for the critique session(s), and your homework assignment (if any) to bring with you when your arrive.

Our Cancellation Policy
It is certainly our hope that once you have chosen an EarthSong photographic educational experience, you will be able to follow it through to completion. Unfortunately, this is not always possible.
If cancellation is necessary before the 30 days preceding a workshop/tour/class, you will be charged a $50 processing fee.
There are no refunds inside of the 30 days preceding a workshop/tour/class unless a replacement can be found by you or EarthSong Photography.
There are no refunds given for cancellations or no-shows after a workshop/tour/class has begun. If a workshop/tour/class is cancelled by EarthSong Photography, participants will be notified as soon as possible and tuition fees will be returned in full.
EarthSong Photography is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of an event cancellation. Participants are encouraged to purchase refundable airline tickets and to consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
